Bastien Merle Ranked #2 after Openings Weekend of French Cup

Bastien Merle had a successful opening weekend in the French Cup Series in Carpentras.
With  a second place on Saturday and a 4th on Sunday, he’s now in second place of the Ranking Elite 2.

Kevin’s Shoulder Surgery

As some of you already heard, I’ve had a surgery 3 weeks ago for my shoulder. That was because I dislocated my shoulder several times and a little piece of bone got off my shoulder. They replaced that piece of bone with another bone from my shoulder and it’s put together with two pins.

Now I’m recovering from my shoulder injury and I’m allowed to do some more things. I can move my shoulder a little now, so that’s pretty good. The doctors said that the recovery will take about 3,5 months, so I won’t be able to ride the 2011 season. That’s why I started several days ago my training for the next season.

The good thing is that I can still do some BMX. I will be at some European races to support my sister and teammates . I will also be on some Dutch tracks to help the little kids out My shoulder, still a bit with their training.
